General Information

Credit Limit
The credit limit is offered to all our customers based on a standard assessment of business transaction and financial health of the buyer. The same is done while registering the customer and under predefined criteria listed in the Customer registration form (CRF). If you are an existing customer of Trelleborg India, you already have a CREDIT LIMIT defined and would be applicable on our Self-Service Platform. This limit is set for the account, not individual orders. If you have open invoices, please ensure that you have sufficient credit available before placing a new order. Our Customer Support staff will be pleased to help if you require further information.

Our Customer Service representatives are available to answer questions in the following languages: English. We look forward to assisting you!
Product Availability
All products will be displayed with the available Stock or the Lead Time for the availability. Items available on back order (e.g. Availability status “7-9 weeks”) can be ordered but will be shipped automatically once the requested items are back in stock. For items “temporarily out of stock”, please contact us at SSP.Support@trelleborg.com or by the chat feature on our website.

Orders and Shipping

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the delivery destination and are displayed during the order process prior to order submission. You can find a full list of Shipping Rates below:

  • All Over India – INR 0

Shipping and handling costs are displayed during the order process prior to order submission. Orders over INR 5000 are free of charge.

Shipping Timeframes

All orders are shipped on business days within 48 hours of Product availability. Your order delivery date will vary based on your location and product lead times. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please be advised, when your order contains items which are not available from stock, all shipments (including available items which are being shipped immediately) will use the standard shipping method.
Order Status
You can view your current order status and order history in your "MyAccount" section.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a link to track your order on the carrier's website. You can also log on to Order history within "My Account" to view your order details and tracking information.

All About Returns

General Information
Items ordered or received in error may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price. You will receive also a refund of the shipping charges, if we have sent you the wrong items.
In order to qualify for a refund, items must be returned unopened in their original packaging.

Customer Account

Change account data
To change your company name, PAN Card number, billing address or to add additional email addresses, please contact Customer Service team to assist you with your request at SSP.Support@trelleborg.com.
Payment Information
All transactions are settled in Indian Rupee (INR). For all orders, invoices will be sent via email once your order has been shipped. You can with invoice payment method. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Team at SSP.Support@trelleborg.com.
